Senior Lead Pastor

Adam planted Christ Church in December 2012. He earned his M. Div. from The Master’s Seminary and previously served on the pastoral staff of churches in California and Texas. Before training with Harvest Bible Fellowship and coming to Phoenix, he planted and was the lead pastor of Grace Church of the Valley in Kingsburg, CA. He and his wife Renee live in Chandler with their two daughters and a son. They are thrilled to be in the east valley for the sake of Christ's fame!

Michelle has been working at Christ Church since October 2013. She currently serves as the director of business in the central office. Born and raised in Arizona, she graduated from Arizona State University in 2003. After their children were born, Michelle decided to use her background in bookkeeping to work for the local church. She and her husband, Mark, have three teenage boys, Davis, Parker, and Grayson.

When he was five years old he and his mother, father, and older sister moved from the cornfields of Indiana to the city scape of Scottsdale, Arizona. Fourteen years later, Jesus saved him during his freshman year of college in Colorado after a sports injury ended his college football career. After accepting Jesus, he came back to Arizona to complete his Master's Degree in Business Management at Grand Canyon University. During his education, he helped plant a church (as part of the launch team) in Peoria where he was a deacon with various teaching and leadership roles for around five years.

Kymberly was born in California and in those childhood years moved back and forth between Mesa, Arizona and California numerous times because of her father’s career. Although she was not raised in a home that regularly attended church, Kymberly at an early age was drawn to wanting to know more about Jesus and would ask to go to church with any of her neighbors that would take her. In her passionate pursuit to get to know God more, early in her teen years, God opened her eyes to seeing her need for a Savior and the beauty of having a personal relationship with a never-changing, loving Lord. Kymberly and her three kids began attending Christ Church in 2018, a year after her husband of 23 years unexpectedly went to be with the Lord. All are so thankful to be part of this church family that welcomed them with open arms. She came on staff in early 2021 where she feels blessed beyond measure to serve as the ministry coordinator. Her prayer is that people would know the deep love of Christ and trust wholeheartedly that he is continually doing a good work for them.

Mike was born in West St. Paul, Minnesota (Go Vikes!). He has a bachelor degree in K-12 education and a masters in education. He is married to his wife, Sara, and they have three children, Lillian, Bennett, and Grace. They moved to Arizona from Iowa in September 2011. They've been attending Christ Church since January 2013, residing in Chandler, Arizona.

Born and raised in the midwest, Seth and his family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2006 to be a part of a church plant. In May 2014, Seth planted Harvest Bible Chapel West Valley. Three years ago, Harvest transitioned to Christ Church where Seth serves as the Lead Pastor of the Peoria congregation. He and his wife, Lori, celebrated 20 years of marriage in 2020. They have a son and a daughter in high school and live in the north valley.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Nathan grew up in a Christian family and was transformed by the gospel at 13. Due to his youth pastor's influence, he pursued ministry and earned his Master of Divinity through Bob Jones Seminary. He and his wife, Isabelle, met on a TV Bible gameshow in high-school. They were married in 2021 and have a daughter, Genna.

Joshua Seller is a worship leader and songwriter. He carries a deep story of grace and redemption which fuels his passion for leading others towards Jesus. He and his wife Erin have been married for 15 years and have two children, London and Piper. Joshua has served in worship leadership for over 20 years.

Jared joined Christ Church in January 2017. He serves as one of the pastors of our Gilbert congregation and leads the Soul Care ministry. Born and raised in Visalia, California, Jared graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2009, and from The Master's Seminary with an M. Div. in 2015. He and his wife, Macie, have seven children and two foster daughters. As a family, the Torreses enjoy meals together, laughter, board games, music, swimming, indoor rock climbing, and nice weather.
